Ellie Bakes is a small independent cake making business, located in Taunton, Somerset, creating handmade bespoke treats for any and all occasions. It is run by myself, Eloise Baker, with the support of my close friends and family. I am self-taught specialising in buttercream cakes, particularly drip cakes. Everything is made to order, using high quality, free range ingredients and sourcing locally where possible.
